Your data, in plain language
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to tell us to stop.

BrickSmart ("we", "us") sells display-grade, LEGO®-compatible brick sets direct to consumers. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
You can reach us about anything in this policy, including any request about your data, at help@bricksmart.store.
We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are entered on, and handled by, our checkout and payment providers.
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage keys:
localStorage) so it survives a refresh. It holds the sets you added, quantities, and whether you switched on VIP or Shipping Protection. It stays on your device._fbp, _fbc) and by our creator-attribution provider, to measure which ads and creators lead to orders. You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Clearing them empties your cart.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether those ads work, we use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API, which sends the same events from our server. Both carry a matching event ID so an action is counted once.
What goes to Meta: the event name (such as a product view or add-to-cart), the page URL, your browser's user-agent string, the Meta cookie values above, and product details such as item code, product name, quantity and cart value. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or shipping address to Meta from this website.
We also use Trybe, a creator-attribution service, so that creators who send us customers are credited and paid. Trybe receives a visitor identifier, the pages and products you view, and add-to-cart events.
You can limit ad tracking in your Meta account settings, through your browser's cookie controls, or with a tracker-blocking extension. The store works normally with these blocked.
When you click Check out you are taken to our hosted checkout at checkout.bricksmartorder.store. The details you enter there — name, email, shipping address and payment information — are collected and processed by our checkout and order-management providers to charge you, fulfil your order and handle refunds.
Our order-lookup portal verifies you by emailing a one-time six-digit code, so there is no password to store.
If you opt in, we send marketing email and, where you have separately agreed, text messages. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link; replying STOP to a text stops texts. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and are sent regardless.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages. We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with providers who need it to run the store:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
A note for California residents: using advertising pixels to measure and target ads can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law, even though no money changes hands. If you would like us to stop, email help@bricksmart.store with the subject line Do Not Share My Personal Information and we will action it.
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising and analytics identifiers expire on the schedules set by the providers named above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To make a request, email help@bricksmart.store. We may need to confirm your identity — usually by writing to the email address on your order — before we act, so that nobody else can make a request in your name.
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
This site is served over HTTPS, and payment details are handled by our payment provider rather than by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
