We sell display-grade building sets that are compatible with LEGO® bricks. They are not LEGO® products.
BrickSmart is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the LEGO Group. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Pokémon and other properties referred to on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Where we mention a name or a set number, it is for compatibility and comparison reference only.
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown in the cart at the time you check out. We try hard to describe and picture every set accurately, but we cannot promise that every description, image or price is free of error. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Any comparison or “was” price shown alongside a product refers to the typical retail price of the comparable official set, not to a former price on this site.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a set is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Shipping Protection is an optional $4.99 add-on, pre-selected in the cart and removable before checkout. What it covers is set out in our Shipping Policy. It is a service we provide, not a regulated insurance product.
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, access it by automated means for scraping, resell our content, or use the site for anything unlawful. The text, photography and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Building sets contain small parts. They are not suitable for children under 3 years old, and younger builders should be supervised.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of that state will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
