Take hold of the front corners and pull. Technic gearing runs through the structure so the whole manor opens outward in one movement, revealing Vecna’s Mind Lair and the grandfather clock inside. Push it closed and it locks back into a normal house.
You can build the façade boarded up, the way the house appears through most of the series, or leave the boards off for its Season 5 appearance. Both are in the instructions and swapping between them takes about ten minutes.
