Sinister Strange and Dead Strange are figures you basically can't get anywhere else, and Ebony Maw is superb. All sharply printed, no smudging. Worth it for the figures alone honestly.
The swappable walls are the fun part
You keep finding things — the panels that change the windows to another dimension, the rotating wall with the Time Stone, the fridge in the secret room. Took me thirteen hours and I was finding details the whole way.
It's finished on all four sides — plan for that
Fair warning: this is a 360-degree build, so the back is as detailed as the front. Mine's on a sideboard I can walk around, and it's much better that way than jammed against a wall.

Opened the box, found Strange with the cloak and grinned like an idiot. Bricks are tight and the sand-green roof is rich rather than washed out. Nothing missing.
Lit, the portal is the shot
Added the kit and the orange ring on the side wall genuinely looks like a portal opening. Turn the room lights off and the windows glow through all three floors. Great price for what you get.
