+ LED LIGHT KIT — light it up on the shelf$49.99 value — bundled for $30.99Nobody here will tell you their bricks aren't excellent — we're builders too, and the shelves behind us prove it. The brick was never the problem. The price was. The brick patent expired in the 1970s: at brand price you're paying for the licence, the retail markup and the marketing — not the plastic. We make the same brick, to the same tolerance, and skip the badge.
Build it, display it, love it — or send it back within 30 days for every dollar, no questions asked. The risk is entirely ours.
Why the price looks too good
Nobody explains this on the shelf tag — so here it is, in plain words.
The brick patent expired in the 1970s. Anyone is allowed to make the brick, to the exact same dimensions. That part isn't a secret — it's law.
At $1,400–$1,800 for a sealed original, you’re paying for everything except the bricks. The licence, the brand, the retail markup, the marketing. The plastic is the cheapest thing in the box.
We make the same brick, to the same tolerance — and skip the badge. Tight clutch, crisp color, fully compatible with every brick you already own.
Then a person on our team opens, counts and re-seals every box. Numbered bags, a clear illustrated guide, and a hand-checked piece count before it ever ships.

Real builds, filmed by real customers.
Screen-free hours, honestly counted:
Numbered bags out, zero sorting — the Technic inner frame goes together first, and it feels more like engineering than model-building.
The greebling starts. Panel after panel of tiny detail parts across the hull — this is the stretch builders lose whole evenings to without noticing.
Bridge tower on, dish tilted, Tantive IV clipped to the bow. 43 inches of Star Destroyer on its stand — the set Lego retired, finished and yours.

The BrickSmart Promise
The people behind the boxes
Every set that leaves our warehouse gets opened, counted and re-sealed by a person on my team. I started BrickSmart after one too many $80 boxes with loose bricks and missing pieces — so if a set isn't good enough for my own shelf, it doesn't go in the box.

The spec sheet

Watched this one go out of stock in 2022 and never found a sealed box under fourteen hundred. Built this instead and it is enormous — the greebling reads exactly right from across the room.

First ten hours are pure structure and you wonder where the ship is. Then the panels go on and it locks solid. I've moved it twice and nothing has flexed or popped.

He clipped the little blockade runner on the front immediately and started quoting the opening scene. Bags all numbered, nothing short across nearly five thousand pieces.

Forty-three inches is longer than it sounds on paper and it's wide at the stern. Ended up building a new shelf for it. The model itself is flawless — greys are consistent and the clutch is tight.

I thought thirty hours of grey panels would be dull. It's the opposite — the repetition is relaxing and you watch the texture appear. Best evenings I've had in months.

Added the light kit and the blue exhausts glow properly rather than just being backlit. Plaque is printed and the stand is rock solid under all that weight.
