+ WALL MOUNT DISPLAY — hang it like artwork$59.99 value — bundled for $30.99Nobody here will tell you their bricks aren't excellent — we're builders too, and the shelves behind us prove it. The brick was never the problem. The price was. The brick patent expired in the 1970s: at brand price you're paying for the licence, the retail markup and the marketing — not the plastic. We make the same brick, to the same tolerance, and skip the badge.
Build it, display it, love it — or send it back within 30 days for every dollar, no questions asked. The risk is entirely ours.
Why the price looks too good
Nobody explains this on the shelf tag — so here it is, in plain words.
The brick patent expired in the 1970s. Anyone is allowed to make the brick, to the exact same dimensions. That part isn't a secret — it's law.
At $449.99, you’re paying for everything except the bricks. The licence, the brand, the retail markup, the marketing. The plastic is the cheapest thing in the box.
We make the same brick, to the same tolerance — and skip the badge. Tight clutch, crisp color, fully compatible with every brick you already own.
Then a person on our team opens, counts and re-seals every box. Numbered bags, a clear illustrated guide, and a hand-checked piece count before it ever ships.

Real builds, filmed by real customers.
Screen-free hours, honestly counted:
Numbered bags out, zero sorting — the monocoque frame and the rear subframe go down first. This one starts dense and stays dense.
The gearbox. Nine speeds, sequential, with an indicator disc that rotates as you shift — the most involved mechanism in any Technic set. Take your time here and it works perfectly.
Bodywork on, wing mounted, Ghost Mode linked up. Lift the clamshell and the whole car opens itself. 4,104 pieces — finished, displayed, yours.

The BrickSmart Promise
The people behind the boxes
Every set that leaves our warehouse gets opened, counted and re-sealed by a person on my team. I started BrickSmart after one too many $80 boxes with loose bricks and missing pieces — so if a set isn't good enough for my own shelf, it doesn't go in the box.

The spec sheet

You lift the back and the entire car unfolds itself in one motion. I've rebuilt that linkage twice just to watch it work. Nothing binds, nothing catches — the gearing is genuinely precise.

Nine speeds and an indicator disc that actually tracks the gear. I've built the other cars in this series and this gearbox is a step beyond all of them. Every pin was tight.

First thing he looked for. Every marking is printed into the part, including the little Ghost insignia. He said that's the detail that separates a real Ultimate set from a copy.

1:8 is bigger than photos suggest and this one is wide. Gorgeous once it's placed. Docking a star only because I had to rearrange an entire cabinet for it.

I'd only built one Technic set before and this is a serious step up. The numbered bags and clear guide got me through. Twenty-odd hours and I loved almost all of them.

Didn't have the shelf depth so I took the mount instead. Hangs flat, the whole underside detail is on show, and it looks like an installation rather than a toy.
